Role Summary:
The Sales Representative at Growtha.com is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our client base and the growth of the company.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 plus commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify potential leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and referrals.

    • Qualify leads to determine the potential for business opportunities.

  2. Sales Presentations:

    • Present the company's services and value proposition to potential clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.

    • Use deep product knowledge to highlight how our services can address the potential client's business challenges.

  3. Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    • Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring that our solutions align with their business goals.

  4. Sales Targets:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

    • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the management team.

  5. Feedback Loop:

    • Provide insights from the field to the marketing and product development teams to help refine our offerings and go-to-market strategies.

  6. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
