Role Summary:
The Sales Representative at Growtha.com is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This individual will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our client base and the growth of the company.
Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 plus commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and referrals.
Qualify leads to determine the potential for business opportunities.
Sales Presentations:
Present the company's services and value proposition to potential clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.
Use deep product knowledge to highlight how our services can address the potential client's business challenges.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring that our solutions align with their business goals.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the management team.
Feedback Loop:
Provide insights from the field to the marketing and product development teams to help refine our offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
